Beautiful spot, charming selection, but 3x price mark up. Spent over $100 on just a few items, one item usually being less when bought elsewhere. In my opinion “8 oz” of egg salad or gourmet beans should not be $16 EACH. Despite pricing, I still recommend giving it a try. The matcha is very high quality and the cashier that assisted me was extremely helpful and sweet. I just hope they may adjust pricing in the future - I am looking forward to visiting again.

I came to Grove Grocer with high expectations for the coffee, not because of the heavily marketed grocery concept, but because a good coffee shop should be able to nail the basics. I ordered a simple iced Americano, which is about as straightforward as it gets. Unfortunately, the coffee-to-water ratio was clearly off from the moment I picked it up. As shown in the photo, the drink already looked diluted within a minute of being served. Five minutes later, it was even more watered down. An iced Americano is all about balance. Get the ratio wrong, and you end up with little more than coffee-flavored water. When you’re charging $6.50 for an iced Americano, expectations naturally go up and this one simply didn’t deliver. The space itself is cute, cozy, and aesthetically pleasing, but the coffee missed the mark for me. As for the grocery side of the business, many of the items are priced at levels that feel difficult to justify. Overall, I left disappointed. Nice atmosphere, but I wouldn’t return for the coffee.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality, Great Service, and Excellent Coffee! I absolutely love this place! Grove Grocer is a must-visit spot in Coconut Grove. The quality of their products is top-notch; they have spotless fridges stocked with 100% organic local meats that are absolutely worth it. The coffee preparation is excellent, and the service is the absolute best: the girls working here are highly organized, incredibly friendly, and truly go above and beyond to give you a great experience. A perfect 10/10 spot!

Stopped by to check out the store after walking by many times and seeing it on social media. Def a Really cute aesthetic place - have been seeing more independent small grocery type stores with cafes pop up lately. The cashier and barista were friendly -but my only real issue/concern was when I was charged for my matcha with coconut water - menu price $9 dollars but she read it to me as $11.25 and skipped over the tip part very quickly - which I assume was because the tip was automatically however not fully stated in the menu. Maybe I missed the fine print on the menu? Im totally okay with automatic gratuity as many busineses do this in Miami- but I didn't feel right as it wasn't disclosed clearly that Or listed when I paid . The matcha was good- just pricey but on par for the area. Would like to see a more transparent price if I did miss the automatic gratuity.

What an epic, wonderful and accommodating experience I had this morning. I loved walking in and browsing all the uniquely curated items in the shop, from the different meats and cheeses, to the chocolates and jams and sauces. But what really did it for me was the service that the wonderful barista, Max, provided to me from beginning to end. He truly showcased the coffee and made it a captivating experience for someone like myself who adores, lives and breathes coffee. (Please promote this man and give him a substantial raise too!!) I was extremely impressed to see that Grove Grocer served SEY coffee from Brooklyn as well. The coffee was so incredibly dialed in - in latte AND espresso form. I would’ve loved to try it in pourover form, but the grinder for pourovers was being serviced. I was wowed with how professional and knowledgeable Max was about the coffee being served, how to make an incredible cup of coffee, as well as all of his knowledge of the coffee in Miami. I ended off my experience (because I drank coffee and chatted at the bar for probably almost an hour) with a hot chocolate topped with house-made whipped cream for the road, which I will continue to daydream about fo
